Cancellation Policy
Live Onsite Courses:
A total refund request can be made in writing two weeks before the live event. Full refunds will not be granted after that date. Refunds (less a $50 processing fee) will be issued within 30 days of the request. No refunds will be granted without written cancellation. Email us at info@1-2-3reset.com
Online Courses:
All cancellations must be in writing and received one week before the online live webinars. Refunds will not be granted after that date. Eligible refunds will be issued (less a $50 processing fee) following within 30 days. No refunds will be granted without written cancellation.
If 1-2-3 RESET® needs to cancel a course, the participant is entitled to either a full refund or credit equal to their payment that may be applied to the new course date (if applicable). In the event of a cancellation, 1-2-3 RESET® will notify participants via email.

Course Handouts
Course handouts for all live onsite and online courses will be emailed to attendees before the event.
